KSM Realty – the developers who gave Brazil their first inland surfing destination and tropical beach, Praia da Grama – is now developing a world first Wavegarden project in São Paulo in collaboration with BTG Pactual Asset Management, one of Latin America's largest asset managers, named Beyond The Club.

Good news for Japan, the Wavegarden Cove technology will soon arrive in the country. Wavegarden announced the new alliance in this Asian territory, working with promoter JPF. Both companies have set themselves the challenge of developing up to 7 projects in different regions of Japan in the next 7 years.
The first Wavegarden Cove in America will be opened in Praia da Grama, located 60 miles from São Paulo. Built in partnership with KSM Realty, the world-class waves and palm-fringed white sandy beach is at the centerpiece of a residential complex and sets a new benchmark in the realtor sector.
Alaïa Bay in Sion, Switzerland will begin filling its 8.500m2 Wavegarden Cove surfing lagoon in January and has confirmed the pre opening for April. After 12 months of construction, it is finally possible to dream of surfing in Switzerland on ocean-like waves – the realisation of a daring project launched in 2016.
