CheckMySurf is the only solution in the sector connected to the wave generator, employing automated video capture with face recognition through the AI-trained software. The technology, with 4K cinema-grade cameras and intelligent zooming capabilities, eliminates the need for physical devices like bracelets and antennas. It accurately recognizes and establishes the identity of surfers between sets, and is the only system capable of filming surfers throughout the entire lagoon.
The system is connected to large outdoor LED screens near the take-off point. Thanks to this system all waves surfed are replayed, allowing surfers to review and improve their technique instantly from wave to wave. Furthermore, it provides real-time session information, wave details, and additional security for surf lagoon operations. Beyond this, operators can play targeted advertisements and branded content strategies.
Immediately following each session, the system seamlessly assigns, edits and distributes content to each surfer. Surfers can easily view all their edited waves in small clips, download them for analysis, and conveniently share them with their coach on social media.
Managed by a user-friendly digital distribution platform – with a simple integration on the operator’s website –the system is housed inside the surf park’s booking system, or alternatively, can be managed by Wavegarden.
