To ensure maximum machine availability and ensure that strategic maintenance tasks can be carried out remotely, the wave generator is connected to the network and monitored in real-time by our After Sales agents. Data is collected from over 1,000 devices installed throughout the machine, including accelerometers, encoders, sensors and probes. The signals are processed with sophisticated algorithms, allowing effective predictive maintenance through Machine Learning (digitally assisted analysis).
All the information collected is transmitted to the installation’s maintenance team in an automated manner, using state-of-the-art software, thus implementing a simple and efficient preventive-corrective maintenance plan.
Taking advantage of the modularity of the machine, its key elements such as coolers, power supplies and PLCs are redundant. The machine is equipped with a complete “plug & play” pre-installed spare parts package, allowing quick replacement of components in case of an emergency situation, without any downtime.
Our field engineers will accompany you, train your team and ensure the correct maintenance of the installation according to Wavegarden standards. The training we offer includes an introduction to our customized maintenance management computer system (CMMS). Our team will also make regular visits to your facility to inspect the performance of the wave generator and lagoon.
