Alchemy Surf Resort has been unanimously approved by Placer County. The 25-acre resort north of Roseville, just 30 minutes from Sacramento International Airport, will be built around a 62-module Wavegarden Cove lagoon, with groundbreaking targeted for 2027.
The innovative surf resort features the Wavegarden Cove technology, capable of generating more than 60 different waves for all levels using a highly sustainable water consumption model.
