As part of a range of tests being conducted at our headquarters, we invited the stars of the Basque TV show Downtown, Iñigo Hermoso and Urtzi Urrutia, to take a surfing lesson with local surfer Axi Muniain.
The purpose of this test was to demonstrate that a Wavegarden facility provides an ideal and safe location for people to learn to surf, away from strong currents, deep water, rocks and other dangers commonly found in the ocean.
Enjoying the exhilarating experience of surfing for the very first time, Iñigo and Urtzi follow Axi’s expert instructions and progress from the small waves in the beginners bay to the main wave, all within one short surf session.
