As the name suggests, it will be something above and beyond anything that currently exists anywhere in the world,\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;explained Oscar Segall, KSM Realty\u00b4s CEO and partner.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Details of&nbsp;<em>Beyond the Club<\/em>&nbsp;were made public in Brazil in November, 2022. The plans revealed that the complex would install the world&#8217;s largest and most powerful surf park, a Wavegarden Cove with 62 modules, spanning 27,000 m2. This technology, which is operating successfully at 7 facilities\u2019 worldwide, is capable of accommodating up to 90 surfers per hour, making up to 20 different types of waves that cater for all surfer profiles. News of&nbsp;<em>Beyond The Club<\/em>&nbsp;was well received by the surf-crazed Brazilians, with the first round of memberships selling out in a matter of days.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Construction for the&nbsp;S\u00e3o Paulo&nbsp;project&nbsp;is scheduled to begin in March 2023 and will be delivered in the first half of 2025. 70,000m2 of the overall site will be utilized for premium customer amenities, including tennis&nbsp;courts (standard and beach) indoor and outdoor&nbsp;swimming pools, a soccer field, squash courts, skateboard track, fitness center, spa and physical therapy, e-sport simulators (ski and F1), restaurant, stores, bars, wine cellar, co working areas, medical center, accommodation, 1000 seat theater, and even a pet club. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"788\" src=\"https:\/\/wavegarden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/31-KSM-Beyond-the-Club-Playground-externo-R01-1024x788.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15554\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wavegarden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/31-KSM-Beyond-the-Club-Playground-externo-R01-1024x788.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/wavegarden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/31-KSM-Beyond-the-Club-Playground-externo-R01-300x231.jpg 300w, https:\/\/wavegarden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/31-KSM-Beyond-the-Club-Playground-externo-R01-768x591.jpg 768w, https:\/\/wavegarden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/31-KSM-Beyond-the-Club-Playground-externo-R01-1536x1182.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/wavegarden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/31-KSM-Beyond-the-Club-Playground-externo-R01-2048x1577.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/wavegarden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/31-KSM-Beyond-the-Club-Playground-externo-R01-800x616.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This new sports and leisure facility will be the first of a series of centers that will be delivered throughout the world. &#8220;<em>We are delighted to work with KSM Realty to create a business model that does not exist anywhere in the world. It will offer people living inland a beach with guaranteed&nbsp;waves and many other services in one single location,&#8221;&nbsp;<\/em>said Fernando Odriozola, Wavegarden\u00b4s CCO. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cThe new club concept will permit residents of S\u00e3o Paulo to become members of this unique surfing destination.
