Wavegarden is excited to announce its fourth project in Brazil: Fazenda Vista Verde. Located in the scenic Ara\u00e7oiaba da Serra, just over an hour from S\u00e3o Paulo, this new residential community will feature a 52-module Wavegarden Cove. Created in partnership with LN Urbanismo and slated to open by the end of 2027, the development will transform a lush rural site into one of Brazil’s premier residential destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fazenda Vista Verde aims to provide an immersive experience, combining nature with our surfing lagoon, which offers over 20 different wave types and is capable of generating up to 1,000 waves per hour. Whether you’re an experienced surfer seeking intense 2-meter barrels or a beginner catching your first ride, there are waves for every skill level. The project will join Brazil’s other Wavegarden locations: Praia da Grama, Surfland Brasil, and Beyond The Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
